I'm a customer-obsessed, data-driven Product Manager with 6+ years owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise fintech platforms in highly regulated environments — including 2+ years applying growth and PLG practices through activation, retention, and experimentation. I'm a platform thinker who looks at every manual workflow and asks why a human is doing it — automating toward zero-touch processing and rethinking onboarding, KYC, authentication, and risk for a scalable, reliable stack.

Outside of shipping, I read about AI safety, study product orgs that have done the boring infra work well, and obsess over the smallest funnel deltas. I care about building products people trust — especially when the stakes (money, identity, risk) are real.

1. Apr 2025 — Present

   Senior Product Manager · Kotak Securities

   • Own end-to-end product roadmap and platform strategy for enterprise fintech platforms (Matrix & Nexus) — spanning customer onboarding, KYC, authentication, trading, and regulatory systems.
   • Define product vision, long-term strategy, quarterly roadmaps, and high-quality PRDs across compliance, identity and trading.
   • Champion customer-first, problem-first, data-driven decisions — synthesizing customer calls, compliance mandates, and operational data into RICE-prioritized backlogs.

2. Jul 2021 — Mar 2025

   Product Manager · Kotak Securities

   • Shipped a compliance-automation product that moved manual regulatory workflows toward zero-touch processing — saving ₹7–8 Cr in potential penalties.
   • Applied infra-grade rigor to onboarding and back-office workflows; instituted SLA, KPI, velocity, cycle-time and defect-trend dashboards.
   • Transformed the Nexus program from ad-hoc delivery to Scaled Agile (SAFe), doubling team throughput.
   • Authored release notes and acted as internal/external advocate for the product area.

3. 2020 — Jun 2021

   • Automated manual support applications and built the foundation for the Nexus platform.
   • Cross-functional exposure across trading, compliance, KYC and operations — top KRA score (5/5) in Year 1.
