Problem

Manual regulatory uploads and back-office reconciliation were slow, error-prone, and exposed the firm to material compliance penalties.

Solution

Shipped a compliance-automation product that moved manual workflows toward zero-touch processing, with SLA tracking, KPI dashboards, and reliability instrumentation across the funnel.

My contributions

• Owned the end-to-end roadmap across Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Ops.
• Transformed Nexus from ad-hoc delivery to Scaled Agile (SAFe) — doubling throughput.
• Instituted SLA, velocity, cycle-time, and defect-trend dashboards.
• Authored PRDs, release notes, and acted as the internal/external product advocate.
