Fragmented onboarding, identity, and trading flows created friction at the top of the funnel and brittle compliance posture downstream.

Solution

Owning product vision, long-term strategy, and quarterly roadmaps for Matrix & Nexus — re-architecting onboarding, KYC, authentication, trading, and regulatory systems with a platform-first, infra-grade lens.

My contributions

• Translated customer calls, compliance mandates, and operational data into RICE-prioritized backlogs.
• Aligned 50+ stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Ops.
• Drove platform-thinking decisions — automating ‘why does a human do this?’ workflows.
• Partnered with CS and Sales on implementation and GTM.
