Problem

Manually tracking sprint health, preparing stand-up updates, creating release cards, and sending team notifications was taking 2–3 hours every day.

Solution

Built a zero-dependency, single-file HTML dashboard that connects directly to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams, automating reporting, notifications, and release prep.

My contributions

• Designed a live sprint dashboard with health scores, velocity, and burndown tracking.
• Built one-click Teams notifications for stand-ups, WIP reports, blocked stories, and release reminders.
• Automated release-card creation with data pulled from Azure DevOps and the Release Matrix Excel.
• Created a QA Effort tracker for days in QA/UAT, owner identification, and rework cycles.
• Visualized real-time team capacity to identify who was free versus overloaded.

Results & learnings

• Reduced daily sprint-overhead work from 2–3 hours to minutes.
• Enabled faster, data-informed stand-ups and release planning across Matrix and Nexus.
• Adopted as the daily operating system by the 10+ member Agile team.
